Job Description My client is looking for the ideal Livelink Application & Platform Support Analyst in the Lynnwood area.

Overall purpose:
• Our client based in Lynnwood (International Engineering) is seeking a highly motivated, Technical Business Analyst to provide application and platform support of the Livelink Enterprise Content Management application
• As part of the Livelink Application team within Information Services, the Application and Platform Support Analyst will be responsible for providing business, administrative, maintenance and technical support as required to the Livelink Application and Platform Managers.

• Learning and Development (HC)
• IS Operations
• IS Communications Officer

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform application support activities including but not limited to:
o System administration
o Records management.
o User account management
o Service requests
o Workflow management
• Perform platform support activities including but not limited to:
o Incidents and faults
o System performance
o Platform maintenance
• Assist with and provide input into the research and resolution of application related service and technical issues.
• Liaise with stakeholder and business representatives as required in support of Application Management and Platform Management activities.
• Assist project and training teams as required with the preparation and presentation of application training material.
• Review user requirements to create business, functional, training or other requirements documents as appropriate.
• Perform other administrative activities on request

Key Qualities and skills:
• Enterprise Content Management
• ITIL Process Principles
• Time management
• Availibility to travel to sites across to complete tasks if required.

Qualifications and experience:
• BA/BS in a relevant field
• 3+ years of experience in Information Technology or ECM (preferably Livelink)
• Excellent customer service, problem solving, and written/verbal communication skills
• Able to work under minimal direction
• Able to handle multiple conflicting timeframes
